Hello, everyone! I am James Tsang, Managing Director of Unitex Group.
It's truly a pleasure to be with all of you to reflect on the past year and look ahead to the exciting opportunities that 2025 has in store.2024 was a year of both challenges and triumphs. Through it all, we faced storms and saw rainbows—achievements made possible by your unwavering dedication and hard work.
In the face of supply chain uncertainties and fierce market competition, we remained united and resilient.Each of the orders being carefully executed, Process being optimized, and satisfying customer is crucial to our commitment and perseverance.From our DOC, operations teams to customer service, finance, our BDD department, and our management teams, every role and process are very important and played a crucial part in our success.Our accomplishments are a direct result of your efforts. On behalf of the company, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you.
This past year, we not only overcame significant obstacles but also achieved remarkable milestones. Whether it was expanding our business, increasing our cargo volumes, enhancing our AI capabilities, or fostering team collaboration, we've been building a stronger and more resilient Unitex, step by step.
As the saying goes, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step; a difficult task can be accomplished through persistent effort."
This is our guiding principle and the driving force behind our progress.
